Our Universal Adventures are now Live!

As promised, you can now play Story City adventures in any city!

We’ve released our Universal Adventures — stories that can be placed and played in any location across any city. We are launching our first batch this month: Frightnight Ghost Tours, Spy Academy, and Pirate Captain (COMING SOON)! With new adventures launching every month, there’s always something new to explore.

To find these adventures, open the Story City app and search for any of these adventures. Add them to your library to start playing. Some cities will already have adventures placed, but you might also be the first to bring one to your own city!

Each Universal Adventure now includes a “Place This Story in Your City” button, letting you set your own route — even if the adventure hasn’t been placed nearby yet. You can keep your route private or make it public so others in your city can enjoy it too. Once your route is placed, you’re ready to play.

Here’s how to place and play a Universal Adventure:

1. Open the Story City app.
2. Search for a Universal Adventure (e.g., Spy Academy, Frightnight Ghost Tours, or Pirate Captain).
3. Add the adventure to your library.
4. Tap “Place This Story in Your City.”
5. Choose and map out your route using locations in your city.
6. Select whether you want your route to be private or public.
7. Save and confirm your route placement.
8. Tap “Play” and start your adventure!

Grab your phone, pick your adventure, and explore — there’s already a story waiting for you.
